Surprise Proposal Along the Chicago Skyline

Francisco's love for Karen was displayed in all the planning and effort that he put into this surprise proposal! What a spectacular moment for Francisco and Karen and all those in attendance. And what an awesome backdrop he chose! We are so glad that we were there to capture this sweet engagement.

Marry Me

This surprise proposal was a DREAM to be able to capture. Francisco went above and beyond to plan his proposal to Karen. He made sure everything was beautiful for this special moment in their relationship. The setting was along the Adler Planetarium Skyline Walk, which offers one of the best Chicago skyline views there is! Photographers in particular love this spot because there is a lookout with an unobstructed view of the Chicago skyline. Francisco also decorated the space leading up to the lookout with rose petals and had the important people in their lives present. As the two of them walked along, special people gave Karen roses. Then, they walked the rose-petal filled path up to a sign that said “Marry Me” and Francisco got down on one knee. He asked Karen to marry him in front of the people they love most, overlooking the gorgeous Chicago skyline. SO ROMANTIC 😍
