Engagement Photos in Chicago

Susan and Tony booked an engagement photo session with us because Chicago feels like home to them! They have lived here in Chicago for over 4 years but had their wedding in Michigan to be closer to family. They wanted a Chicago engagement session to incorporate their home. We decided to take their photos at some famous Chicago bridges and North Avenue Beach, some of our favorite locations with great city views.

The Love Story

This couple also has the cutest love story! They have been friends since 8th grade! After college, they officially left the friend zone and started a long-distance relationship. Soon, they moved to New Jersey together and loved the small Italian restaurants and spending weekends in the city, but they missed their family and decided to move back to the midwest. They said that they found their home in Chicago and told us, “Most of our relationship took place in this city and it’s definitely where we want our love captured.” We absolutely love how their session turned out! We captured their love story in some of their favorite locations, where they spend quality time together.

It was essential to highlight locations in Chicago that meant something to Susan and Tony. They wanted photos that showed off the city and some of their favorite date night spots. We ended up taking their photos at North Avenue Beach and the La Salle Street Bridge.
